Housing First Consortium Glasgow - Video Release
The Consortium is a Partnership between Turning Point Scotland, Salvation Army, Simon Community Scotland and Wheatley Care, created as part of the national pathfinder programme where Housing First was scaled up across the country. There have been a number of important relationships developed including working closely with Glasgow's HSCP and RSL's across the City. The Consortium has been been funded by the Scottish Government, Social Bite and the Merchant's House of Glasgow and this has now transitioned over to Glasgow City Council. The Housing First Consortium is in its 3rd year of service delivery which was termed the transition year as it moves to mainstream service delivery in the pathfinder areas.
To update everyone about what the Consortium have learned and their progress, they have created a video to update everyone on ;
- What housing first is
- What it delivers, and
- Where Next?
Please get in touch with the Consortium if you would like to discuss some of their learning.
