Code of Ethics Training Required before December 31st, 2021
Existing REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within two-year cycles. REALTORS® who have completed the required ethics training within a two-year cycle in one association shall not be required to complete any further ethics training for that same training cycle if the REALTOR® becomes or is a member of another association.
Join us Tuesday, December 15th from 10am to 1pm via Zoom for New Member Orientation. All new members from January 1st, 2021 who have not completed Orientation must attend and also complete New Member Code of Ethics. Compliance is not an option. The link is below. Starting with the First Quarter of 2022, MLS quarterly dues will become $150 per quarter down from $160 with the same continued service. Check your email for the billing scheduled to go out on December 1st to be paid by January 1st. Login to your GPSR account and place a credit card on autopay so as not to be late.
