SARRAH is very proud to announce that our new online course is available for enrolment.
The course developed specifically for service managers and owners who are looking to increase capacity by employing Allied Health Assistants. The course will provide in-depth knowledge and skills to:
  • Outline the key steps required to design and implement AHA models of care in rural settings
  • Outlines the core principles of workforce redesign
  • Design a model of AHA care to fit your individual setting
  • Design a model of AHA care to fit your individual setting
  • Design a model of AHA care to fit your individual setting
Course Details: 
Course Requirements:
This self-paced course designed to be taken over 8 hours of individual engagement. Dr Anna Moran leads participants through a series of videos, readings and activities that you can take at your own pace. By engaging in this course, you will learn how to take those important steps to design and implement this new way of working.
Program Commencing Date: Flexible to enrol and complete on your own time. Your enrolment period will be six weeks from commencement.

Course Fee: 
The full cost of the course is $500(+GST), with a 40% discount being offered to members and also to service managers.

Presenter: Dr Anna Moran

"Anna is an AHP workforce and service redesign expert, business owner, physio, mum of four, recovering academic, and general AHP cheerleader. For over 17 years Dr. Anna Moran has been a leader in the Allied Health Workforce space. You may know Anna from her role as the SARRAH Research Fellow but Anna can also be credited with significant contributions to the understanding of allied health workforce dynamics in the academic and health care sectors. Anna is now the co-founder and director of AHP Workforce, an international consultancy, training, and knowledge exchange company that equips Allied Health professionals, managers, executives, peak professional bodies, and organisations with the tools they need to optimise their workforce and the delivery of Allied Health services".
