SET UP DUTY
Under 11s & Under 7s are on Beach Set-up duty – please meet at the Nipper Container at 8:15am.
AGE MANAGERS
AGE Manager Briefing at 8:30am – outside the First Aid demountable.
Could all Age Managers of all groups PLEASE send Michael Gencher an email if you are doing the role this year, and for what age group?
Please appoint an Admin for your group to assist with the roll/attendance
Please help us find an Age Manager Coordinator – responsible for the Age Manager Admin and Communications – compiling the roll/attendance each week, and weekly communications – VERY EASY BUT CRUCIAL!
Please come along if you are interested in becoming an Age Manager this season.
WWCC– all of us who help to deliver the Nipper program must have a current Working With Children Check. Please check if yours is still current, and if you have not got one, its easy go to this link and apply for the ‘VOLUNTEER’ category which is free.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION FOR NIPPERS
If you have not already done so – you must bring your child’s proof of Identification (not the parents) to be recorded by our Registrar.
START & FINISH TIMES
Under 14s/SRCs – Meet your trainers at 9:00am sharp – finish times to be confirmed.
Under 8s to U13s – 9:00am – 10:45am
Under 6s & under 7s – 9:00am – 10:15am
MORNING MUSTER
‘Morning muster’ will be held on the Beach just south of the ‘Container Village’ as indicated in the pictures. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THR PATROL SET-UP and movement of equipment – It is a shared space. Attendance will be taken, and any announcements or information will be communicated by the Age Managers & Michael Gencher at Muster.
SURF SPORT/COMPETITION
If you would like to find out about Nipper Competitions & training, and how to get involved – please introduce yourself (photo below – sorry Matt, it was the best I could find…) & speak to Matt McCamey our Surf Sport Coordinator.
SAVE THE DATE
It’s been a long time since we’ve been able to get together as a large group, so we thought we would have a family picnic & BBQ after Nippers on Sunday 19, December – SAVE THE DATE!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
Scan the COVID-19 QR code when you arrive at Nippers (located on every container & with the Age Managers Folder/Clipboard) – Comply with the advice of the Public Health Orders.
Bring the uniform – rashie, pink rashie and cap, sunscreen, water bottles, food, wetsuits and towels etc.
