Maintaining Health & Recovery
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be present and effect so much of our way of life, so too does our journey in recovery.  While many of the familiar tools that have been so helpful to us throughout our recovery are not as available as they have been, there are still resources which we can access to keep us from feeling isolated or disconnected even with restrictions, mandates, and other limitations.  Just as maintaining our health is so crucial during this time, so too is maintaining our recovery.  Most recovery programs have been providing Zoom and other online meetings for our participation and support.

Each December for the past several years, Mills Recovery Alliance has hosted a very special holiday workshop featuring Father Tom as our guest speaker.  His presentation is always a very helpful opportunity to look at how we get through the Holidays and beyond. He will be joining us once again in person on December 7th at 6:00 pm at the Foster City Recreation Center, 650 Shell Blvd, Foster City.  For those attending, proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be needed.  The workshop will also be available on the Mills Recovery Alliance Zoom with the login information included here in the newsletter.  We hope you can join us for this special gathering.

The Recovery Alliance continues to support and encourage all of us in our recovery as we continue in this unusual time.  Please stay safe and strong.
