A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR

Five Days to FODC

NOTE: If you registered for Food On Demand Conference you will receive an email tomorrow with the QR code for on-site check-in. Keep an eye open!

It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally time for this year’s Food On Demand Conference. As another round of M&A and investment dollars sweep through the industry, we’ve teed up an unforgettable lineup of speakers, panels and market research to propel the delivery industry toward the bigger and better times that lie ahead.

Throughout this three-day event, we’ll be diving into the diversification of the delivery platforms and where they’re going next, hear from the market leaders of the ghost kitchen and virtual restaurant spaces, learn about ongoing drone delivery operations moving toward the mainstream, and hear from countless independent, franchised and enterprise restaurants on the many ways they’re repositioning their businesses for an on-demand future.

After months of preparation, we’re grateful to all the speakers, sponsors, and their teams who helped make this year’s FODC possible. As you pack your bags, don’t forget to join in the conversation with #FODC2021 and #FoodOnDemand—and follow our ongoing coverage throughout the week at FoodOnDemandNews.com. See you there!
