Please note that with the way things change these days, it is essential to check our website and Facebook page often for any updates or cancellations.

The Library will be closed Thursday, December 2nd for renovations. We will be open our regular hours Friday, December 3rd 9 am - 5 pm. 

Changes to our regular hours are as follows:

  • Friday, December 24th - closed
  • Saturday, December 25th - closed
  • Friday, December 31st - open 9 am - 1 pm
  • Saturday, January 1st - closed

Salt Shaker Snowman: Thursday, December 9th  6pm

Looking for a cute gift idea or just a fun night out trying something new? We can help with that! Join us for this free craft program where we create a salt shaker snowman. Want your snowman to look a little different from the rest? 
No problem - feel free to bring your own scarf material or embellishments and build a snowman that's uniquely you!!!

Space is limited, so register now. For more information, or to see if you're registered, contact the library.

Winter Weather Take 'N Make 

Trying to find something to keep the kids occupied during the hustle and bustle
of the season? Stop by the library anytime during regular hours December 6th - December 30th and pick up our snowman craft & activity sheets. It's sure to make the days a little brighter and snow much fun!

Santa Claus is coming to Arpin Saturday, December 11th
Parade starts at 7 pm with the Kandy Kane Park lighting to follow.

  • Hot dogs will be served in honor of Russell Zieher
  • Cookies & hot chocolate sponsored by local bakers
  • Fireworks sponsored by Arpin Lions/Arpin Advancement/Village of Arpin

The deadline for getting in your 2021 Roll and Read program entry is approaching fast! Bring your completed reading sheets to the library by December 31st for a chance to win in the prize drawing.

Ancestry at Home
Remote access for Ancestry Library Edition will no longer be available after December 31, 2021. Patrons wanting to use Ancestry will have to use a computer at the library to access Ancestry after this date.
