BSA has launched its newest merit badge for youth in the Scouts BSA program, the Citizenship in Society merit badge.

The Citizenship in Society merit badge provides Scouts with opportunities to explore issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion and ethical leadership. It encourages them to learn why these qualities are important in society and in Scouting.

The full requirements for the merit badge and materials for merit badge counselors can be found in the BSA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion webpage.
