Civic Engagement Fellowship Position
Equal Ground will continue its effort to engage the rising American Electorate through civic engagement activities through hiring Redistricting Fellows to implement a plan in support of this effort.
Supported and managed by the Redistricting Program Manager this program will identify and train community leaders to serve as regional Redistricting Fellows for 3(three) months. Fellows will learn skills critical to map drawing, intervention, advocacy, and monitoring Florida’s 2022 redistricting process at every level. In addition, Redistricting Fellows will take an active role in participating in the Florida 2022 Legislative Session as it relates to work associated with redistricting.
