Our Conference and AGM will address the most important topics in tourism this year and I am sure you will not want to miss this. The conference will reflect elements of the old style annual Visit Guernsey conference and will give you all the results, trends and plans BUT with one big difference.  It will be organised and delivered by the Guernsey Tourism Partnership, as your representatives, and will be supported by Visit Guernsey.

With all the COVID-19 changes and changes in States policy relative to tourism we can’t take anything for granted and it’s important to know what plans Visit Guernsey and the States of Guernsey have for the important issues. These will include Cruise Liner visits, the Visitor Information Centre, wedding tourism, and how we support business' during the ongoing recovery of tourism.  It is also important that we have some ownership of these plans and know that your views are represented.

We at the Guernsey Tourism Partnership have been working on your behalf all this year to try and improve conditions for our wide range of members running attractions and tourist-related enterprises. You now have a unique opportunity to influence how tourism in the Islands moves forward in the directions that are important to you and our community..

We think we achieved a great deal since our conception in March and our conference on Thursday 18 November is your chance to have your say on that and to learn the latest from some of the people who matter in Guernsey tourism..

Everyone is welcome to attend and contribute but only those who have registered as Members of the GTP will be able to vote at the AGM directly after the conference.  We encourage anyone with a desire to work towards improving the tourism product and engaging with decision makers to join us. The final part of the meeting is for members and is the AGM itself. If you would like to propose new members or officers to the GTP Committee please send nominations to secretary@tourism.gg by 15 November 2021 

You will be able to vote for members of the Committee and Officers of the Partnership at the AGM. You will also be asked to approve the Constitution of the Partnership.
