I want to open by welcoming the newest chapter that recently joined our region - BNI Chevy Chase Online Exchange.

The birth of a new chapter is very exciting because of the contribution that it creates for the new Team that was born. Congratulations and welcome to the new members!

The end of 2021 is almost here, and now it is time for us to reflect on the year that has passed, and strategize towards the year ahead.
There are many reasons for the success and growth of our members, amongst them is the chapters' Leadership's efforts, and the long term relationship. This has been a support system that has exceeded above and beyond the business relationship. The challenging times have strengthened the bond and care, and the need of a Team that helps us all grow and thrive.

Cristin Caine

Cristin Caine joined BNI Capital Business Alliance in Sept 2021 and was off to a running start with her BNI membership. She joined her chapter leadership team as Secretary/Treasurer and is serving the region as an Ambassador.

She founded Charity Connect in 2015 and facilitates volunteerism through personal connection. They help people reach their personal and professional goals through community service.

Cristin and her family reside in Potomac, MD and enjoy hiking, visiting National parks and going to concerts.

It's simple, but not easy. We often mean to do it but forget, or our busyness gets in the way of taking the time to express gratitude.
Yet, gratitude doesn't just make you feel good; scientific studies demonstrate that gratitude is linked to improved results.

We want to thank each and everyone of you for your big contribution to our members. Your support of each other is the essence of BNI. Special gratitude to our Chapters' and Regional leaders, who practice day and night the meaning of being a Giver. People who invest so much to helping our members thrive. You guys rock!
