Rex Cinema is back!
"Midnight in Paris"
Saturday 13 November
Doors open 7pm
Adults $10

Ever dream of visiting Paris in the 1920s?

While on a trip to Paris with his fiancée, a nostalgic writer finds himself magically swept along by a group of revellers to the 1920s and a night with his art and literature heroes.

“Midnight in Paris” is a heart-warming fantasy with all the effervescence of vintage champagne.  Witty, featherlight and openly sentimental. A love letter to Paris!

Tickets available from www.trybooking.com/BSHNA

THIS IS A COVID SAFE EVENT. For the safety of all of our patrons, proof of double vaccination is required on entry, along with the wearing of masks indoors.

After many long months it will be good to be back.
Makers Markets
Sunday December 5th and 19th

The Makers Markets make a welcome return in time for Christmas gifts.

The Bundanoon Ukesters will be at the markets on the 5th entertaining.

The Bowral Classic call for volunteers
December 11 and 12

The Bowral Classic road cycling event was postponed until December 11-12. The Bundanoon section, on December 12, comes through Ellsmore Road, Erith Street and then out onto Bundanoon Road.

The Classic is looking for volunteers to assist on the dates. "Volunteers are crucial to the event’s success and help create a safe and enjoyable experience for participants.  There are a variety of roles available, we are particularly looking for marshals to assist us along on the course."

If this appeals to you, please email Julia O'Keefe, the Volunteer Manager at JuliaOKeefe@yaffa.com.au

Christmas Events
Save the date Saturday 11 December

Council have provided funding for villages and towns across the Shire to spread the "Christmas Vibe" after another challenging year.

We are holding three events in the Hall on the day, and will provide further details as we firm them up.
  • Free afternoon movie matinee - Rex Cinema are running a special movie for kids in the early afternoon
  • Pre-dinner drinks and nibbles - for the early nighters - come for drinks and nibbles in the Hall to catch up with the town.
  • Post-dinner drinks and nibbles - for the later nighters -  come for drinks and nibbles in the Hall to catch up with the town.

We are doing two sessions on the evening, as we are limited to 100 in the Hall. There are also some surprises planned in the street.

A big tree - Council have offered a large Christmas Tree which will hopefully be installed outside the big "bus" shelter. Keep an eye out.

BCA Gift Shop

Don't forget the online gift shop where you can buy Wildlife gift cards and Bundanoon on Tap Water Bottles.

The gift cards are six images from the Wildlife Calendar with cultural notes on the inside left, the inside right is blank for greetings. This is a limited print run but can be reprinted if needed. The cost is $3 per card or the set of six for $15. Quality envelopes included. After ordering they can be picked up, or posted out (with postage calculated at checkout).

We also have the Bundanoon on Tap water bottle with a special bonus of the original "Bundy on Tap"  Camelbak bottles. These were returned from the "Ecologic" display at the Powerhouse which retired after almost ten years. For $25 you get both bottles. Order online for local pickup only.

Of course, all the proceeds go to assisting the BCA in its community activities. Thanks to Sonja Bowden for the beautiful artwork and Lyndell Giuliano for the notes for the cards.

The shop is here: https://bundanoon-community-association-inc.square.site/
