Salmon Watch Family Day

Saturday, November 6
9:30AM to 1:00PM

Clemens County Park, Alsea

Looking for something memorable to do on a fall day in Oregon? Bring your family and friends out to the river at Clemens Park to view spawning Chinook salmon, learn about their amazing journey, explore a healthy river habitat, and gain insight into what all these things have to do with you.

Masked, vaccinated volunteers will be on hand to talk with you about these awe-inspiring fish and show you the tools we use on Salmon Watch field trips to explore this beautiful habitat. Explore at your own pace; stay for twenty minutes or two hours. This is a free event brought to you by Benton SWCD and our Linn Benton Salmon Watch partners.
