Greetings from the farm! For our harvest rotation this week, we see the slow return of Green Beans which will be included alongside Baby Marrows, Carrots and Spring Onions.
A new feature to our Boxes will be Uncured Garlic - simply put, it is garlic that is been freshly pulled and cleaned. The curing process usually happens when the garlic is hung up in a cool, well-ventilated shady area, to dry for a few weeks. Fresh Uncured Garlic, on the other hand, has quite a strong flavour and aroma, and should be used within 3 weeks.
We also have some really exciting updates to our Add-On list - with a bigger variety of culinary herbs included Basil, Mint, Garlic Chives and more. Grapefruit Jam has been added to our list - leaning towards being a marmalade in taste, this full-bodied jam is a flavour sensation!
