Multicultural Announcement

November is a time when the country celebrates our First Nations in National Native American Heritage Month. Native Americans were the first inhabitants of the land we now refer to as North America. Their culture and heritage has impacted the United States in many ways including how we feed our infants, remedy common ailments, and administer medications. Learn more about these contributions at History.com.

November is also National Family Caregivers Month and celebrates other holidays and observances like Veterans Day (11/11), Transgender Day of Remembrance (11/20), and the beginning of Hannukah. View the full November observances calendar here.
