Important Update:
Closure of Embry Free COVID-19 Testing Sites & Other Testing Sites Available
Aloha Y Team Member,
You are receiving this email because you are a Y employee in a State program who has either chosen to test weekly or is in the process of becoming fully vaccinated.
As you know, the State does not allow the use of COVID-19 Self-Administered Home Test kits for employees who need to test weekly who work in State programs (e.g. A+, Kalihi Substance Abuse Treatment School Programs, 21st Century). Instead, these employees must access their weekly testing through licensed vendors and sites.
Recently, all Embry COVID-19 free testing sites have been ordered to stop operating by the State. Embry testing sites were at Kahala Mall, Kaimana Beach Hotel, Patsy T. Mink Central O‘ahu Regional Park, Wahiawa District Park, and Waipahu District Park.
If you have been testing at any of these sites, please see the updated list of other available free testing sites that you can use by clicking below.
There are still many sites available where you can secure your weekly free testing.
If you are submitting recent test results from an Embry site this week, those will be accepted.
