Harvest Update:

The second week of November we're harvesting lots of Lettuce Mix as well as a special tender Fall Lettuce Mix. The Cilantro in the hoophouses is also sized up enough to harvest now, too. We'll keep Spinach and Swiss Chard in stock in the Farm Store, as well as Red and Green Kale, Mustard Greens, Radicchio, Lettuce Heads, Parsley, and Bravo Daikon. We have our our MicroGreens and Pea Shoots out of the Greenhouse, and plenty of Potatoes, Carrots, Daikon radishes, Watermelon Radishes, Gold Ball Turnips, Red and Yellow Onions, and other fall roots, too!

What we're cooking and eating this week:

Kate made a Napa cabbage stir fry with onions, purple daikon, watermelon radishes, cilantro.

Michelle also made a Napa Stir-fry, with lots of peppers in it.
