As this is a super special package deal, each meal plan package is pre-set (Differing caloric quantities and serve sizes from Male to Female of course).

Almost all meals are naturally Gluten-free and dairy-free (Not using any crazy ingredients though, don't stress) there will be adjustment guides at the start of each week's meal plan.

All dinners are set as 4 serves (allowing for lunches the next day and more or less food dependent on your serving preferences), these quantities are very flexible if you need to increase or decrease your serve size to suit your household.
