The updated Coaching Operations Manual will be published soon, and it includes some changes and clarifications to the coaching requirements for all levels and disciplines, which will be in line with the charts mailed to all clubs. This webinar aims to ensure that those requirements are clear and consistent.
Additionally, we want to ensure the rationale behind any changes is fully transparent to our member clubs.
This session will also include an opportunity for feedback on these requirements. We want to hear how clubs feel about these changes, potential obstacles they foresee in implementing these requirements, and ways Gymnastics BC can help with coaching education and more.
