The North Park Planning Committee’s Public Facilities and Transportation Subcommittee
meeting on Tuesday, November 9, at 6:30 p.m. will focus on “Follow-Up on 30th St Bike Lane Conditions” that were set as part of the May 2019 NPPC support vote for the bike lane project. Conditions include:
— Search for parking opportunities
— Annual reporting on bicycle counts to determine bike lane usage
— Annual reporting on bicycle and pedestrian accidents
— Evaluate impacts on businesses through tax revenues along 30th Street
— Evaluate Utah Street for a floating parking option before it gets resurfaced.
on Wednesday, November 10, at 6:30 p.m. has two agenda action items: discussion of the recent approval of the Bancroft Residences and the Planning Department’s proposed updates to the Land Development Code.
