Hello to all patients, past and current. With fall arriving, cooler weather and shorter days here as we fall back, now is a great time to prioritize your health.
Regular massage therapy, body work and movement therapies can all benefit not only your physical well being, but also can assist in stress reduction, can help decrease pain which in turn can benefit mental health as well.
Although COVID-19 remains in our lives and is a reality at the present time, I will continue to monitor the public health situation and act accordingly while offering a safe and positive environment with the utmost amount of integrity and care possible.

Due to increased demand and optimizing openings as they become available, I have added a waitlist link to my booking page the redirects you to my contact page on my main website. Fill out a request if you would like an appointment ASAP and if they become available I will contact you when an appointment becomes available (upon earliest availability, no guarantee it will be same or next day but I will do my best to accommodate you!) Please use regular online booking to guarantee and secure your spot as this option is to get you access to appointment cancellations if/as they become available.
Travel Exemption Changes
As the province/country changes its requirements regarding isolating (2 week quarantine) upon return from international travel, I have adjusted my screening to account for this change. Now, you are considered exempt from 2 weeks of quarantine upon re-entry to Canada if: you have received 2 health Canada approved vaccines,
and,
you produce a negative COVID-19 test prior to re-entering Canada.
With this in mind, patients are able to book and visit for massage treatment if they meet this criteria.
If members of their household are quarantining (not exempt for various reasons), please refrain from booking until their 2 weeks are up.

Holiday gift cards are now available! They are available in 2 options/formats.

Additionally, you can purchase physical gift cards in person at your convenience with any method of payment. Local delivery of gift cards is also possible for a physical gift card. Please enquire by email or contact me directly!

Treatments Delivered to You

As a reminder, I wanted to let patients know that I do in fact do home visits upon request! Although I do not have a booking feature that allows for online booking for home visits, please do not hesitate to contact me by email for a request.
Health and Safety measures that are in place for Home Visits:
- Therapist will arrive with equipment pre-sanitized and wearing fresh clothing and a mask .
- Therapist will provide all linens, equipment other than pillows.
- Patients are required to sanitize their hands and also wear a mask for the duration of the treatment.
- Patients (and household members that may be present) are screened online prior to arrival and again on arrival.

Health and Safety Measures in Place
|
|
The Province of Ontario and the Ministry of Health has granted Regulated Health Practitioners permission to gradually and responsibly reopen their practices, following strict health measures and guidelines set out.
Because of the risk factors and how (COVID-19) is transmitted, measures will be put in place to reduce risks as much as possible especially to those most vulnerable.
One of these measures include wearing face masks. The Chief Medical Officer of Canada recommends face masks, and that they do in fact help to reduce the risk of transmission when used correctly.
Procedure/measures that will be implemented in addition to existing cleaning/disinfecting include:
- Pre-Appointment screening (received 24hrs prior to appointment - read and confirm)
- Screening at the appointment prior to treatment
- 15 Minute Gaps between appointments (This will allow for sufficient time for client departure, extra sanitizing measures)
- Personal Protective Equipment - Surgical mask will be worn by the therapist.
- Patients will be asked to wear masks (Please bring your own clean mask - reusable or single use) If you do not have one you will be provided with one at no cost.
- Patients will be asked to arrive on-time (no earlier than 5 minutes prior) and come by yourself for your appointment
- Patient should sanitize or wash hands upon arrival - both options are provided.
- Social Distancing - 6ft (2 metres) in the building, outside of treatment time (During intake, interview, post treatment)
- We will remove all items that cannot be sanitized to further reduce risk of contact transmission.
- FST Straps are now made of vinyl and can be wiped clean after each use.

There are 3 parking spots at the back of the building which can be used and also spots behind Fraser. To access parking behind Fraser, turn left on Douglas St. if heading east on Beechwood, there is a parking lot on your left behind Natures Buzz, Melanie's hair etc. However, if no spots are available there is street parking along Springfield Rd, Beechwood Rd. Look for my sign on at the front entrance (pictured above).
