Greetings from the farm! In our Boxes this week, we'll be featuring an interesting herb: Garlic Scapes. These are the stems from our hard-neck garlic variety that start flowering - they can be used in cooking stir-frys or even fresh in salads, to add a beautifully gentle garlic flavour and aroma. Along side these will be blueberries and a host of other nutritious veggies and fruit!
Note: We are now accepting orders for the month ahead in November.
