The Western Norman Community Fund (WNCF), including the western Norman County communities of Halstad, Hendrum, Perley, and Shelly, has been established to provide a means for people or businesses to make tax-deductible gifts to help secure the future of our communities.
The purpose and mission of this fund is to support charitable, educational and public purpose projects and programs, activities or services that improve the quality of life of the residents and visitors of the western Norman County communities of Halstad, Hendrum, Perley, and Shelly.
As this fund grows, the opportunity to provide grants and to focus on community projects will be realized. We need your support to build our endowment to invest in these communities.
