Ubumbano Community Voice App

The Zimbabwe Coalition of Debt and Development (ZIMCODD) and ACT Alliance Malawi, in partnership with ACT Ubumbano, have been running training sessions for activists on how to use the Ubumbano Voice App to tell their stories of resistance against injustice.

15 community activists from 4 Districts (Machinga, Blantyre, Mulanje and Nsanje) participated in the Malawi session, while the Zimbabwe training has 20 activists from Bulawayo and surrounds. These mark the beginning of our expansion of the Voice App as a platform for community stories of resistance and struggle to be heard more widely.
