In November of 2019 more than 20,000 registered voters voted against the current City trash plan. Despite admitting then that its organized trash collection system was unfairly priced, burdensome for many residents, and promising to fix it, the City has done nothing.
We remain committed to finding a solution to the City's inequitable trash plan. We will continue to engage our supporters when opportunities for change present themselves.
This year's city election presents such an opportunity.
