Meeting to be held on Zoom
Dear Member
I would like to notify you of the arrangements for our Annual General Meeting and invite you to attend. It will take place on Thursday 2nd December 2021, starting at 7.00pm. As with our first AGM last year, we will be holding this as a virtual meeting on Zoom. We had hoped to have this meeting face to face with our members but given the ongoing rate of Covid infection we have agreed to use Zoom again, as a precautionary measure.

We would really appreciate it if you were able to spare some time to attend. If you would like to attend, please respond to frank@westbournecommunitytrust.org and then we can send you the link for the Zoom Meeting.
During the Annual General Meeting there is an opportunity to ask questions of Trustees or to be elected to the Board of Trustees. If you would like to ask a question or to be considered for election as a trustee, please confirm this in your email response and we will then be able to respond more effectively during the meeting.
