"The sunshine is the leaves. The leaves are the sunshine. The sunshine is no different from the leaves. The leaves are no different from the sunshine. All other forms and sounds are of the same nature." — Thích Nhất Hạnh
Dear Friends,
Welcome to Day 3 of daily of practices for COP26. On Nov 2nd, we will be practicing with a Love Letter to Mother Earth and silent sitting. We hope you will also enjoy a recording of a Dharma Talk with Br Thay Phap Ho, a mindful article, and a PV song.
We encourage you to visit earthholder.org, where we will house these practices. You may return to these practices even as we go forth from COP26.
In Gratitude,

Who we are…
The Plum Village Community of Engaged Buddhism is a global community of mindfulness practitioners who follow the teachings of Venerable Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh (a.k.a. “Thay,” meaning “teacher”). The Earth Holder Community is a branch of the Plum Village tree that applies Thay’s core teachings on engaged Buddhism, mindful living, social and racial justice, and inter-being with Mother Earth at this time of ecological crisis.
Earth Holders’ aim to “bring mindfulness, compassion, healing, and non-violence to protecting ourselves, each other, all beings, and the Earth.”
We will happily receive any questions you may have. Please write to admin@earthholder.org
