Restorative Practice Circles

Restorative Practice is an approach that helps people strengthen relationships, build community and prevent conflict. It is proactive in making, developing and maintaining relationships. Restorative Practice Circles help us to maintain community and it opens up communication.

This quarter, Alissa (school counselor) will meet with our seniors and juniors and Dana (school counselor/social worker) will meet with sophomore and freshman students in weekly Circles.

You can contact Dana (school social worker) at dana@encompassacademy.org, or Alissa (school counselor) at alissa@encompassacademy.org.
