Customer Service Update
Thank you for all your valued on-going trade
through what has been an extraordinary year.
We are very proud that all our teams have managed to maintain and deliver our usual market leading daily delivery service throughout the season, despite the well documented industry-wide challenges.
There continue to be challenges in recruitment regionally and nationally and these shortages of personnel in key sectors such as manufacturing/farming and logistics continue to have a knock on effect.
Product availability continues to be affected by national/import and pandemic related supply chain challenges – our teams are doing all they can to maintain as close to 100% availability every day.
We will continue to do everything we can to deliver our unique and market leading 7 day a week delivery service (including twice a day - morning and afternoon Monday to Saturday).
Our Delivery Service
Please can we highlight the following important
points about our service given these facts
All orders for morning deliveries must be placed before midnight and any orders for afternoon delivery before 11.30am.
Delivery times may vary on a day-to-day basis, based on customer numbers, locations and order volumes on each delivery round.
Please be patient with all our dedicated teams given the challenges that exist within the supply chain.
Menu flexibility is advised to be able to react to any potential daily shortages as a result of the food manufacturing and supply chain challenges
We cannot guarantee early deliveries – please order the day before /use 2nd runs for breakfast service and any early morning requirements.
