Youth Homelessness Demonstration
Program (YHDP) Consultant Sought

The Detroit Continuum of Care (CoC) was awarded $5.6 million from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). In collaboration with the Detroit CoC's Committee on Youth Homelessness, HAND is seeking a consultant to assist with the development of the Detroit CoC's Coordinated Community Plan to prevent and end youth homelessness.
Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals by 12:00 PM on November 15, 2021. The full scope may be accessed here.

In response to the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program funding the Detroit CoC has received, HAND is seeking to hire a Youth Homelessness Coordinator. This position will build the community's existing efforts by serving as a dedicated resource to manage the development and implementation of a community plan to prevent and end youth homelessness.
