Survey: Provide Feedback to Shape Chamber’s Legislative Program

Aloha Chamber Members,

The Chamber’s #4Hawaii Education Committee, in collaboration with HawaiiKidsCAN, is soliciting business feedback on education issues important to Hawaii as we head into 2022. Some key issues highlight computer science education, Child Labor Laws related to internships and work-based learning, incentives for in-demand credentials, direct grant aid to students, and Board of Education qualifications.

Your input is crucial to shape and curate the Chamber’s legislative program. The survey will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. We ask that you rank the following six issues in order of importance that you feel the Chamber should proactively drive.

#1 is ranked as most important to you
#6 is ranked as least important to you

  • Computer Science Education
  • Child Labor Laws Relating to Internships & Work-Based Learning
  • Direct Grant Aid to Students
  • Board of Education Qualifications
  • Learn Everywhere Model
  • Promising Credentials Initiative

Survey will close on Friday, 11/5 at 5pm (HST).
