As part of preparing for the new season, all members must complete this Life Saving Victoria form to let HLSC know your vaccination status. It takes less than a minute. In short:
- Anyone 16+ must be fully vaccinated to attend the club or be involved with any HLSC programs or activities.
- All patrollers, SRC and Bronze training participants, coaches, officials, and volunteers must be vaccinated from age 12.
- Valid medical exemptions will be honoured.
