Hi Gorgeous,
So it's arrived.
As vaccination rates have risen, so has our access to the world. This means the end of lockdown for Melbourne and Sydney, and changes across the country, including a re-opening of restaurants, live music venues (support the arts!) and therefore... socialising.
But what if you aren't feeling it?
I mean, aside from the fact that COVID-19 isn't gone and there are still a lot of worries.
What if you just can't find your footing?
You don't want to go out... do stuff... see people... connect.
You feel rushed, anxious and agitated. There are all these options and yet none of them seem appealing. You feel confused. Maybe you don't even know who you are anymore, if you don't want to do all the same things and be with all the same people?
You are not alone you wonderful human.
There have been A LOT of changes, and while the world may be in a rush to 'get back to normal' it's understandable if you can't do that right now. In fact, taking some time to honour any changes you've experienced and get to know yourself again may be just what your weary soul needs right now.
On that note: don't worry, I got you covered.
Here are a couple of posts to help you do some yummy core work... on your identity.
One is a newbie I wrote in response to this 'who am I now?' dilemma, and the other is from the archives.
Love Nicole
