👂 All Ears takes in SEK 50 million for US expansion

The AI company has just raised a round of SEK 50 million led by Bonnier Ventures, Alfvén and Didriksson. The company - which analyzes spoken media for brands like Walmart and Hertz - has grown from 10 to 40 employees in the last year. 
🌱 Esgaia launches new platform for sustainable investments

Fintech startup Esgaia has launched its platform for sustainable investments and institutional investors in Sweden, Norway and in the UK are already jumping on it. Wellstreet’s fintech fund has also invested in the company.  

🧠 Healthtech startup Mendi raises SEK 40 million 

Brain-training company Mendi has closed a new major round. First Venture enters as a major player with a SEK 16.6 million investment, valuing ​​Mendi at just over SEK 200 million.
 
💡 'Airbnb for knowledge' Skillbreak raises SEK 7 million 

Skillbreak brings together content creators in everything from beer tasting to pottery to create fun, online courses. Google designer Mimmi Thorneus and Soundtrap founder Fredrik Posse are among those investing in the platform.

🎵 Entertainment company Signe bounces back with acquisition Signe recently bought the popular "Esters Café" in Värmland as a concert stage and launched a new business leg with focus on digital entertainment and games.

👨‍⚕️ Swemed is now a vendor on Dropmed - Sweden's first online medical marketplace. All of Swemed’s portfolio of 25k+ products will be available on Dropmed for the same end customer prices. 

⚡ Energy startup Renbloc wins a PoC with Väderstad and Toyota Material Handling at Indx2021 The event had applications from startups from all over the world and the final seven got to work together with the partner companies. 

🏥 Encare launches new clinical protocol within hip & knee surgery to improve patient outcome The healthtech company is expanding its product portfolio to further improve patient outcomes after surgery and health economics.

👵 The Third Act launches new functionality for advising on pensions The fintech startup aims to help more people realize and enhance their future.
