Last Wednesday's masterclass Stage Presence for Presenters with Adam Le Good is now available for members in the ILP Resources Library.  Adam's session looked at stage presence in both a face to face and online environment, which was another one you will find of real value to watch if you missed it.

And our final masterclass for 2021 on 1 December will be a bit different as we look at Preparing for 2022.  The session will be more facilitation than masterclass as we work together to identify what L&D professionals should be thinking about and planning for as we go forward. Just a few things we might cover are:

• Maintaining the plan after it is filed away in the bottom drawer
