      The ladies behind the music of the Byron Berline Band have planned a special evening for our concert attendees on the first Victorian Walk evening. We have ordered a buffet of brisket and chicken, and a variety of pies from Lynn's Railyard Pie Shop, a selection of Christmas carols from the GHS Victorian Singers, and amazing bluegrass and western swing sounds from the Byron Berline Band & Legacy Grass.

Byron's Final CD

Byron's last cd IS NOW IN THE SHOP and ready for Christmas stockings or whatever  you want. He never stopped composing, never stopped playing, was always creating and enjoying the process. The guys in the band had front row seats to his energy and creativity and his boundless joy. About half of the cd was finished, and Jonathan Hunt was inspired to make certain the remaining tunes were heard as well. He organized each band member's recording times, worked with them to get just the right feel, he even wrote me a piano break for New Year's Waltz. Jonathan spent numerous hours listening, mixing and organizing the 14 tunes just right. Becca and Bette selected the front photo, then Becca designed the cover art.

 

Those who ordered advance copies will receive them in the mail. If you added your name to the list and live nearby, you may simply drop in at the shop and pick one up.
