Formal notice of the Community CVS Annual General Meeting
Blackburn with Darwen Council for Voluntary Service, trading as Community CVS, is holding its Annual General Meeting on: -
Monday 6th December
12 noon for a 12.15pm start
Held at Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery
Museum Street
Blackburn
BB1 7AJ
This is formal notice of the AGM. Everyone is invited. The nature of the formal business will include: -
► the presentation of the trustees' annual report,
► presentation of the independently examined accounts,
► appointment of independent examiners, and
► election of trustees to the Board of Trustees.
After the formal business, a buffet lunch/afternoon tea will be served and a few presentations will be made to mark our 30th birthday celebrations.
For catering and health and safety purposes we need to know how many people will be attending so please reserve your place by e-mailing donna.talbot@communitycvs.org.uk.
I hope you can make it. It would be good to see you. If any member wants to nominate someone to become a trustee, please complete the nomination form.
