New Seniors have been added to each program on nearly a daily basis. LTADD has removed all Seniors from the wait list. Meade County Meal recipients have been offered additional vouchers to assist them during this difficult time. If you know of a Senior needing assistance, please have them contact 270-737-6082.

In accordance with the Older Americans Act regulations, the LTADD Area Agency on Aging & Independent Living has the Community Needs Assessment Survey open to gather public feedback. The results of this assessment are used to identify the needs of the elderly and disabled residents in the LTADD region.

UPDATE: FORT KNOX COMPATIBLE USE PLAN
In addition to briefing the General Assembly's Interim Joint Committee on Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection, wrap-up meetings were held with the Technical Advisory Committee on Nov. 16th and the Executive Committee on Nov. 30th to finalize the CUP study. The next step is to present the final plan to the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC) and make it available for reference on the Mission Knox website.
