There’s no doubt the past two years have been hard . . . but they have also been enlightening.
Here at the Disability Concerns ministry we’ve witnessed the resilience of congregations as they battle isolation and depression in their midst, the dedication and determination of exhausted pastors, and the creativity of leaders committed to Christ and community.
We continue to work with churches, classes, and denominational ministries (both CRC and RCA) to help them create accessible and welcoming communities, not only looking at ways to create accessible physical spaces but also reducing communication and attitudinal barriers.
As a body of believers, we are in this together, and we are confident that our Lord goes before us and will never leave us.
