       Taste of Garde Manger Dec. 10 @Lobdell's

Kick off the holiday season by enjoying a four-course appetizer tasting menu featuring creations by students in Chef Jim Morse's Garde Manger class.

Teams of two students will highlight key concepts from the class and prepare dishes inspired by specific chosen themes. Their delectable creations will be served family style for sharing at the table. A cash bar and wine pairing suggestions will also be offered. The evening begins at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10 in Lobdell's Teaching Restaurant.

Tickets are $65 and available online. A portion of your ticket price will go to the NMC Foundation to support scholarship opportunities for culinary students.
