This week: Game show and anime trivia night!

We hope you all had a good laugh at improv last week and a chance to recover mentally from midterms. This week, we'll be testing your already tired and beaten brains even further with hand-crafted and hand-picked questions from three games. Test your anime knowledge in rapidfire quizzing, flex your mental anisong database, and let the audience decide whether you really are funnier than an exec in our games lined up for the evening.

Sword Art Online: Progressive food + movie outing

As we predicted, more showings for the SAO:P movie have opened up in theaters in downtown Vancouver! Please buy your tickets online by yourself at Cineplex's website here and RSVP for dinner here! For ticketing via the link to Cineplex above, click the blue dropdown menu under "What's in theater" and select December 5th 2021. For those who fail to RSVP before noon (12:00PM) on Thursday, December 2nd, we will unfortunately not be able to guarantee you a seat at our table for dinner. We have decided that the food and movie outing will occur as follows:

When: Starting 5:30PM, Sunday, December 5th, 2021
Where (Food):  The Old Spaghetti Factory (53 Water St, Vancouver, BC)
Where (Movie): Cineplex Odeon International Village Cinemas (515 Abbott St, Vancouver, BC)

Schedule:
5:30 PM - Meet at Old Spag and start an early dinner
6:45 PM - Walk to Cineplex Odeon International Village Cinema
7:00 PM - SAO:P starts

New membership cards available for pickup!

For those of you who unfortunately bought memberships after we ran out of our 2021-2022 membership cards, this is once again a reminder that our new batch arrived and we are able to switch out your IOU cards for this year's at any weekly meetup, event, or when meeting an exec at the clubroom in the Nest. Having a valid and current membership card is crucial for utilizing the discounts at our sponsors, so please don't be afraid to come pick one up!
