Ha! I was just thinking about this game that my friends and I used to play we were younger. Well...actually it wasn't really a game. It was pretty much a bunch of boys in the bathroom trying to make each other pass out. I remember one time when we played that game, we didn't have quite the result we were hoping for...

Today's "Work It Wednesday" and I wanna talk to you about something people have been asking me about lately. I find it kind of interesting, to tell you the truth, that this is even a thing, but it is.

Breathing is one of the few things that unites us all. With proper breath, we can sing, we can run, we can do everything that we find actively enjoyable. But the question that so many people ask me when it comes to exercise, is...

How Do You Do It?

I'll tell you how I advise my clients. When it comes to exercise, there are two ways to breathe. I'm not gonna get too technical here, but let's just say there's a relaxed breath and a tensed breath.

I wanna go into this more, but it starts getting a little more complicated when you start talking about WHEN to use each one.

There is definitely a wrong way to do this and I've gotta story to share with you about this game I used to watch the (not so smart) boys play in the bathroom. As you can probably guess by the title of this email, it involved passing out
