Refugee Collection: Blankets: We will be doing a quick collection of new or gently used blankets for the LSS Refugee program. Please bring blankets that are CLEAN and in GOOD CONDITION to the church on Sundays, November 21st and 28th.

Prayer Around the Cross
On Sunday, November 28th @ 4 p.m., please join us for a quiet moment before the busyness of the holidays. We will take time to center ourselves in prayer and silence to be grounded in the true joy of the Advent Season. All are invited to “Prayer around the Cross” on November 28th @ 4 p.m.

Are you (or does your family have) a young adult starting out in the world, perhaps entering the workforce, or as a student, whether college, tech school, or another path?? If so, please let us know their status and mailing address so that we can send them a treat this holiday season. Please send this info to the Mount Olive office by November 29th! Thank you!!

Movie Night – Tuesday, December 7th, @ 6 p.m.
Better than $5 Tuesdays at Marcus, we are pleased to announce free Movie Night at Mt Olive. Now showing: "Under the Same Moon" (La Misma Luna) on Tuesday, December 7th, starting at 6 p.m. This 2007 heart-warming drama celebrates the love between mother and son and chronicles how love, hope and faith can conquer seemingly insurmountable obstacles. The movie is 104 minutes long in Spanish with English subtitles. Rated PG-13. We'll supply the popcorn - you bring your willingness to learn more about our immigrant brothers and sisters. No need to sign up - just show up.

Christmas Toy Drive 2021 (Gifts from Friends of Jesus)
Again, this year, our Sunday School is participating in a toy drive for area children. If you are able, please purchase a new ($15 value or more) toy or game and bring to the Mount Olive by Sunday morning, December 12th at 9 a.m. Please wrap these gifts and put the label below on the present. Please NO CLOTHING…only toys or games…also no Harry Potter, Ouija board, or Magic 8 ball.
These presents will be given to families in our area who are living with hardships, as well as families in the city of Milwaukee. The families receiving these gifts will be told that they are given out of love from Friends of Jesus, so that the Lord will receive all the credit at Christmas. This program is unique in that each present will be personally marked with the child’s first and last name. Also, each family that receives these gifts at Christmas will receive a Christmas tract, so that all can hear the GOOD NEWS about Jesus the Christ coming into the world and living among us. May God bless each of you in this joyous season.
Please contact the church office for a name tag and then place it on top of each present. Bring to Mount Olive by Sunday morning, December 12th, at 9 a.m.

Our services will be livestreamed on our Facebook page, YouTube channel, and found on our webpage with a Facebook link.
The livestreamed recordings will also be available for your viewing 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Wednesday Night & Sunday Morning Bible Study
- The Wednesday night Bible study class is doing an 11-week study of the New Testament book “The Letter to the Hebrews.” We meet for one hour at 6:30 p.m. New members are always welcome. If interested, or for more information, contact Dwight Cruikshank.
- The Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study has resumed on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m., with the study of 1st Peter. Hope to see you there. Contact Laura Conry with any questions.
