Hi there,

We had a short Q&A call today, with no big questions, so I decided to skip sending out the recording and just answer the one question here, about how long the Eating for Energy recording will be up, and where to find it. 

The Eating for Energy workshop recording is here, and I'll keep it up until this Saturday, November 20. (If you need more time, let me know, and I can move it to our course platform temporarily.) 

Many of the take-home messages are the same as we cover in the From Surviving to Thriving program, except I talk about the impact on fatigue, wakefulness, and mood. There's also a brief discussion of other factors that affect your energy.

Some people find this framing more motivating, because it potentially affects your quality of life today, vs theoretically years from now. 

So watch that if you like, and not having this week's Q&A video will give you one less thing to do!
