Mudra: Hakini= named after a Goddess associated with the wisdom eye I like this one for balancing left and right side of the brain/body and for facilitating the belly-centric breath. Give it a try and let me know what you feel.
Breath: Extended exhales. We're heading into hectic holidays, so these simple extended exhales will be of great support.
Bonus: "RE-energize and Restore" 18min practice, I created this for a conference at UCSF. It's perfect pick me up or a settling practice to help you mid day or to start the day.
Chair Yoga: "Warrior Flow for Strength & Balance" Moving through Warrior I, Warrior II, plus head/eye turns to truly engage all aspects of your balance.
Light Weights Practice: "Grounded Core Floor Poses" We stay low to the ground in this practice. But that doesn't mean we don't work. Sometimes you've got to burn off that energy to begin to find ease.
