It has been a very exciting and eventful seven months since the acquisition of the Pilar Gold operation in Brazil on April 16, 2021.  Our gold resource has grown to nearly 4 million ounces and as part of our regional consolidation strategy, Pilar has either made or is in the process of three corporate acquisitions, namely:
 
·       Business combination with Faina Goldfields Inc
·       Acquisition of Poconé Mining Mineração Ltda
·       Binding letter of Intent to acquire Bodó Mineração Tungsten Mine

At this time, Pilar Gold is arranging a non-brokered private placement of 5.0 million units of Pilar Gold Inc priced at C$0.70/unit for gross proceeds of C$3.5 million.  Each unit consists of one common share and a full warrant exercisable at C$1.00 for two years.  This is a substantial increase from the C$0.25 round in April and reflective of the growing footprint we are making in Brazil this year as a fast growing producer.

Pilar has also completed C$0.40 and C$0.60 rounds in the last 3 months and the funds raised now will help to accelerate our growth aspirations further as we prepare for a listing in Canada in early 2022.
