We are looking forward to gathering as a Faith Family for a time of Thanksgiving on Wednesday, November 24th! All Faith families are invited to join the students at school for a few events. The sanctuary will open at 10:00 to begin the festivities with the Elementary Heritage Day Parade at 10:15 followed by a time of Praise and Worship at 11. We will also spend some time sharing what we are thankful for as well as announce the amount raised during the FCS Gives Back fundraiser. After that we will head outside for a picnic. All students K-12 will be dismissed at 12:30 to leave for the Thanksgiving weekend.
Remember that any students who did not order lunch should bring a bagged lunch that does not require preparation. The picnic will take place on the field. We encourage you to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Everyone will be offered a personal pie, regardless if they order a sandwich or not, and there will be no charge. We look forward to spending the day together!
Secondary students may wear jeans and the current theme shirt for this special day. Elementary students will be in their costumes.
