The weekend 26-28th November, LCR is organizing showjumping competitions and the members in LARS are of course going to volunteer. LARS-Cup in Dressage
LARS-Cup in dressage 4/12 The 4th of December it´s finally time again for the LARS-Cup in dressage! Register between 15-21/11 to join in the battle for glory and the opportunity to represent LARS in upcoming SM! If you don’t want to compete but still want to join in on a super fun day, you can sign up to be a supporter or a volunteer – you can read more in the event on FB or in the mail that has been sent out.

It’s finally here: The chance for You to apply and become a part of the LARS board and get an even better grip on everyone and everything LARS! Being a part of the board gives you the opportunity to decide what activities we are going to do and you get to meet and get to know even more fantastic LARS members since you’ll be much more involved. The past two years have been rough ant the activities sparse, but now’s the time of LARS triumphant return! We’ve had a magical ball in AF Borgen and the LARS Cup is just around the corner – the LARS spirit is practically vibrating in the air! The election will be held during the Annual Meeting which will occur on the same day as our traditional dinner in honor of our Inspector (another thing you Absolutely do Not want to miss!) and it will all take place on the last weekend of January. More information with the exact time and date will be sent out with the official invite later on.

Membership control from AF
Because LARS is a part of the Academic Society (AF) and Studentlund one of the conditions is for all of our members to be members of those associations as well. This is controlled every semester and the deadline for this year's control is coming up. Therefore we’d like to remind you all to please make sure you have paid your bills from Lund Student Billing Association, TRF, so that we can continue to exist as an academic society as we do today. As LARS is a comparably small society then every individual person makes a huge difference in the statistics so please make sure your bills are paid by the 30th of November.
Be Active In LARS
We hope that you have not missed that LARS now has its own Facebook group? In LARSare you can write your questions to the board and have quick access to any information from us. It is also a great platform for putting out information that you would like to share with other members of LARS or to show your interest when a free spot opens up in a riding lesson. If you haven’t joined already, do so now: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1777465642412129 You can also become an adjunct if you’d like further insight into the work within the board. As an adjunct, you get information about upcoming board meetings and even sit in and offer your opinion directly. It’s a great gateway for those who think that they might want to be part of the board someday. If you are interested, email the chairwoman at ordf@lundsstudentryttare.se and you will be added to the list, it’s entirely up to you which or how many meetings you want to take part in.
