DTS

DTS began in September, and we are blessed with an eager, enthusiastic group of eight students. We had hoped for more, but the US government turned down visas to international students who applied. From going deep spiritually, to diligence in their work duties, we are grateful to have this amazing class of students. On top of their regular duties, they are writing their own performances and helping out with the upcoming production of “The Little Earl.”

First week of DTS

Sean will lead the team on outreach to southern Mexico, as the travel requirements are not as severe as those to visit Asia. Dale Bourne from YWAM Morelia, Mexico, contacted us that they were in need of our help. Staff and students prayed, and we all felt this was where we should go on outreach. We will go to three regions, and for a couple of weeks, we will travel by boat to several Huichol villages as many of them are unreached.

Work duties - not just about the work

During outreach, we will visit schools, orphanages, rehab clinics, universities, churches, as well as just meeting people in parks and plazas.

Tasks they’ve asked us to do: Evangelistic performances (which our students are crafting), painting, cleaning, mentoring kids through sports and VBS, farming, construction, and leading Bible studies.

The Little Earl

This musical, written and directed by Ellen Sanborn and David Sanborn, is based on the well-known story, “Little Lord Fauntleroy.”  David and Ellen wrote some beautiful music and Lisa Richards has designed an elaborate set. Sean is helping with the technical side of things while Samantha and Anne are performing in the show.

Samantha performed wonderfully in Oliver Jr.

New House

Having our own home is a dream come true for us. We’ve been here one year and we still pinch ourselves every morning to make sure it's not a dream. Sean even has a raised bed veggie garden going.

The Naga Trilogy

Fans are enjoying the conclusion of the Naga trilogy. It was exciting to be awarded the young adult book of the year for 2020.

Amazon Dragon review

Aryn The Librarian 5.0 out of 5 stars wonderful conclusion, real growth, and funny!
Fast-paced, as would suit any story about a dragon, especially when the dragon has conflicting loyalties. This team has already been through so much in the last few days, but now that they've reached the village, it's as though the real adventure is just beginning. Spiritual matters are heating up, with everything from the gift of tongues, in a practical way even a Baptist can appreciate, to demonic activity and beyond. Learning to trust God even when it doesn't make sense, and to make him your Lord, over and above your own desires, is well demonstrated for us.

Samantha and Timothy

Samantha and Timothy are enjoying their theatrical training at the Live Oak Theatre and Conservatory. Samantha will be performing in Oliver Jr. the next two weekends and she will also be in The Little Earl in December.

Samantha and Timothy attend Classical Conversations. We still need some help with the yearly payment for this rigorous academic system. Would you pray and ask God if you are to participate in helping the kids' education?

We put on high-quality shows at Live Oak Theater

Future

In Phitsanuloke, our last few boxes of belongings have been sold off as it looks like we won’t be living in Thailand full-time in the near future.

We are so grateful for each of you! Thank you for your continued support. Please stay in touch and let us know your prayer needs as well!

In His amazing Grace and Love,

Sean, Anne, Samantha and Timothy
