The host will let you in at 3:00 pm. You will be on mute but you can ask questions, move, or second a motion by typing in the CHAT box (you will see the Chat icon on the Zoom window menu).
You will be able to see the presenters and the presentation. Upon entering the meeting, we suggest using the 'speaker view' for your screen settings. For motions that require a vote, we will conduct online polling and you will be able to submit your response very easily. Just a reminder that only current Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre members can vote on these motions, and one vote per family.
